Summit Window Cleaning NZ is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the following information:
We collect this information solely to respond to your quote request and communicate with you about the services you've asked about. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Quote requests are submitted through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service, and delivered by email to Aden directly. Formspree processes form submissions in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not operate a separate customer database. Your information is held in email correspondence only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used only to fulfil your quote request and, if you become a client, to manage your service.

This website does not use cookies, analytics tracking, or any third-party advertising scripts. No data is collected passively when you browse the site.
These terms apply to services provided by Summit Window Cleaning NZ (operated by Aden, sole trader) to residential and commercial clients in West Auckland.
All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. We will not proceed without your agreement.
Prices are fixed once confirmed. There are no callout fees or hidden charges. Additional work identified on-site (for example, a larger number of windows than described) will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
If you are not satisfied with the result of a clean, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This applies to streaks, missed panes, or areas not cleaned to the agreed standard.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods will be confirmed at time of booking. For regular commercial clients, invoice terms are agreed in advance.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. We understand things come up. Just get in touch as early as possible.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. If unsafe conditions prevent work from being completed, we will discuss options with you before proceeding or rescheduling.
In the event of accidental damage caused during a clean, notify us immediately and we will work with you to put it right. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
